Ground shipping is always free within the Continental United States and Canada.
Our normal method of shipment is FedEx, but may ship via USPS (post office) for smaller orders.
Paula wants you to be completely pleased with her products. She offers a 60 day return period during which you may you may exchange an item, or receive a refund for your purchase.
Any returned item must be in resalable condition.
Replacement items will be shipped or credit issued after the material is received, inspected, and approved.
Orders are subject to the following conditions:
- We generally ship orders via FedEx or USPS.
- All credit card charges are posted in US dollars.
- If items are backordered or cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible. Availability on some merchandise may be limited due to high demand. Some orders may be delayed in the event of a backorder. We ask that you bear with us until we may fill your order.
- PaulaDeSimone.com and her agents have the right to cancel any order placed.
PURCHASES BY CHECK
Your order will ship as soon as your check clears your financial institiution. Ordinarily, this takes about five business days after receipt of a check.
No allowance has been made, nor shall we be liable directly or indirectly for delays of shipping carriers and the estimated delivery date shall be extended accordingly. Paula will not be liable for any damages or penalties whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, resulting from our failure to perform or delay in performing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any item damaged due to shipping must be reported immediately. Keep all boxes and packing materials. All other breakage must be reported to Paula's Customer Service within 5 days. A credit will be issued or merchandise will be replaced.
We always do our best to ship your product correctly. If we have made a mistake regarding your order; please notify our Customer Support Staff within 5 days of the order's arrival. We will work quickly to remedy any mishaps. Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval. If you need to make a return, it is imperative that you receive a return authorization number from our Customer Support Staff and promptly return the product(s). Otherwise we cannot grant credit for returned items.
